Privacy.

Registration is completed by a parent or legal guardian. We collect the guardian’s name, email and phone number, each player’s name and age, an emergency contact, the signed participation agreement, and optional donation pledges and amounts the organizer records as received.

How information is used

Rascals Athletics uses this information to organize the event, contact families about participation, respond to emergencies, and retain consent records. Registration information is available through a protected organizer area and is not shown on public participant lists.

Optional giving

Payment links open a separate payment provider, which handles your payment information under its own policies. This website does not collect card or banking details. Pledges are not payments; received totals are updated by the organizer after checking payment records.

Your choices

Photo permission is optional and separate from registration. Do not include medical histories or other sensitive details in the form. To request a correction, discuss removal of your information, or change photo permission, contact the event organizer. You can reach Rascals Athletics through @rascalsathletics to arrange a private follow-up; do not send children’s private information in public comments.

Records and copies

After registering, you can save or print a copy of your confirmation and signed agreement. This website does not send automatic confirmation emails.
